Teach Your Dog How to Swim
In Lesson 1, we’ll start with bonding on the dock, introducing the ramp, and taking the first dip with support to ensure your dog feels secure and excited about the water. Lesson 2 ramps up the fun by incorporating your dog’s favourite toy to boost their swimming confidence and comfort. By Lesson 3, we’ll have your furry friend leaping into the water with joy, and jumping off the ramp chasing their favourite toy. Our goal is to make swimming a delightful adventure for your dog, building confidence and independence every splash of the way.
What You Need to Know About Our Dog Swimming Lessons:
- A 15-minute evaluation is required before beginning swimming lessons.
- This training package includes three 60-minute lessons.
- Dog swimming lessons are offered from April through October, weather permitting.
- All dogs, big & small, are welcome.
- Private dog swimming pool rental is available.
$300 + HST
Handler & Dog Requirements:
- Handler/client must have basic obedience & control of dog (dog cannot be dragging the handler around)
- Hander must be comfortable and willing to go into the water to help with dog having an emergency.

- Dogs should have already learned basic obedience, including sit, down, stay and to come when called.
- This training package includes three 60-minute lessons.
- Advanced dock diving lessons are offered from April through October, weather permitting.
- All dogs, big & small, are welcome.
- Private dog swimming pool rental is available.

Handler & Dog Requirements:
- Handler/client must have basic obedience & control of dog (dog cannot be dragging the handler around)
- Dog must know how to swim and be comfortable in the water
- Dog must have a good understanding of docking diving concepts and skills or
competed the Basic Dock Diving course. - Hander must be comfortable and willing to go into the water to help with dog having an emergency.
